Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia farms are sourced so that our standards are never compromised when it comes to the care and handling of all beef brought into our plant. Quality feed, pastures for grazing, medical attention, breeding are all standards we check among many more.
Being locally sourced we are able to keep an eye on the product prior to it arriving, ensure that we keep "America's Best Beef"
